Ingredientes: para 4 personas

1 col

100gr de alubia blanca (en remojo 24 horas)

100gr de garbanzos (en remojo 24 horas)

100gr de arroz

½ Pollo

1 hueso añejo salado

1 trozo de tocino fresco

1 morcilla



Cortamos la col en trozos pequeños y la metemos en una olla añadimos los garbanzos, la alubia blanca, el pollo, el hueso de añejo y el trozo de tocino fresco. Añadir a la olla agua hasta que cubra los ingredientes y añadir sal a su gusto. Tapar la olla exprés y dejar cocer durante 45 minutos, una vez abierta la olla retirar el pollo, el tocino y el hueso. a continuación añadimos el arroz y la morcilla y dejamos cocer 17 minutos probamos el caldo y rectificamos la sal.
