Home Recetas Alpujarreñas Fritá con Ternera

Ingredientes: para 4 personas
700 gr de carne picada de ternera
1 calabacín grande.
2 Pimientos verdes.
1 kilo de tomates maduros.
1 cebolla grande.
300 ml de Aceite de Oliva
Pan en rodajas
2 dientes de ajo.


Picar todos los ingredientes salpimentar a su gusto posteriormente los añadimos en una sartén con el aceite de oliva y sofreímos a fuego medio hasta que todos los ingredientes estén bien pochados añadimos la carne picada mover de vez en cuado hasta que cambie la carne de color.
Tostar el pan en rodajas poner encima la frita y servir calentito.
