Ingredientes: para 4 personas

Aceite de oliva
2 cebolletas
½  Kg. de pimientos verdes
1 kg. Patatas

4 chorizos

4 morcillas

4 huevos

4 lonchas de jamón vallejo Comprar
Sal


Elaboración:
Hacemos las patatas en rodajas que sean más bien finas, luego cortamos el pimiento en finas tiras, y picamos una cebolla y lo echamos todo en una sartén con bastante aceite de oliva, con un poquito de sal., y lo dejamos hacer hasta que veamos que están las patatas blandas.
Luego ponemos otra sartén con un poquito de aceite para freír el chorizo troceado y luego la morcilla.
Por último, cuando estén listas las patatas, freír los huevos y ya estan todos los protagonistas de nuestro plato, ahora juntamos todo en un plato y listo.
